In 2 years of 2019 and 2020, the Ministry of Industry and Trade continues to be the Pioneer Ministry to complete the reduction of business conditions for this period with the reduction and simplification of 205 business conditions under the state management field of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
A situation of “leaving old, adding new ones”.
According to information that the Ministry has just released, 2020 is determined to be a particularly important year. Right from the beginning of the year, the Minister of Industry and Trade signed the Directive No.03/CT-BCT dated January 17, 2020 on continuing to review and reduce administrative procedures, conditions for business investment and to reform of specialized inspection creating favorable conditions for the operation of businesses and people.
With 446 existing administrative procedures, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has also decentralized to localities to implement 152 procedures (132 administrative procedures implementing at the provincial level; 18 administrative procedures implementing at the district level; 2 administrative procedures implementing at the commune level).
In fact, after business conditions were reduced, administrative procedures were simplified, creating a healthy and fair business environment for all economic sectors in Vietnam.
Among the simplified and reduced business conditions in the past time, many of them have a positive impact on the production and business activities of enterprises, which are highly appreciated as in electricity, automobile, petroleum and gas business, food safety, etc.
In addition, the Ministry of Industry and Trade also promotes the application of e-government and information technology to executive management and task performance to facilitate businesses.
In order to improve the business environment further, in the coming time, the Ministry of Industry and Trade affirms that it will continue its reform process under the direction of the Government, not only for local interests but for the benefit of businesses, social communities and countries.
